Maileen Bugnaski is currently a graduate student at Michigan State University, studying Arts, Cultural Management & Museum Studies. Originally from Kalamazoo, MI, she graduated with a BFA in Studio Art from MSU in 2021 where she completed concentrations in photography and printmaking. Maileen is passionate about the arts and public programming, and has worked at the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum, the MSU Museum, and Beal Botanical Garden while completing her studies at MSU. She has also assisted with MSU’s NAGPRA program and is a Community Engagement Fellow in the Residential College of Arts and Humanities Graduate Fellowship program. Maileen believes in creating connections through the arts and strives to carry this practice into her future endeavors.
